Creating personalized gifts means the item cannot be returned for other than a defect in the quality of the product or the workmanship of the engraving. We understand that everyone makes mistakes (including us!) Please double-check your personalization information before submitting your order. Check the spelling, dates and names carefully.
We guarantee our craftsmanship and the quality of our products completely and that your gift will be personalized as you ordered it.
If you are not satisfied with these, you may return it for a hassle-free exchange for the same or another personalized item of up to or equal value of the order. Please call us first at (678) 777-6570.
No exchanges after 7 days of the purchase date.
May be exchanged for merchandise only, up to equal the value of the returned merchandise at the time of return, within 7 days of purchase.

Vulcan Engraving shall have no responsibility for the return or payment of the declared value of items left in our possession for more than 30 days after the item's designated pick-up date.
